- All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipment Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number if provided by the shipping service. You can track your package's progress by clicking on the provided tracking link. For speed and convenience, single bag orders occasionally are untracked due to shipping services ability (i.e. USPS).
5. Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are requesting shipping outside the United States, please contact us for further assistance.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem.
7. Address Accuracy:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
